Biomicroscope is a kind of precision optical instrument used to observe biological slices, biological cells, bacteria, living tissue culture, fluid precipitation, and other transparent or translucent objects, as well as powder, fine particles and other objects. Biological microscope is used by medical and health institutions, colleges and universities, and research institutes for the observation of microorganisms, cells, bacteria, tissue culture, suspension, sediment, etc., and can continuously observe the process of reproduction and division of cells, bacteria, etc. in the culture medium.
Some precautions for the use of biological microscope:
1. When taking and placing, the action should be light. Avoid vibration and violence. It is easy to damage the optical glass. The microscope must be placed on a stable table
2. As the screw port of the objective lens is easy to loosen, be careful when installing the objective lens. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble any part of the microscope without permission.
The specimen for microscopic examination should be carried out in strict accordance with the operating procedures. Regardless of the size of the object, the order must be from low magnification to high magnification, and then the oil immersion mirror should be used for debugging.
3. When observing the specimen of the liquid medicine, be sure to add a cover glass or put it in the Petri dish, and use filter paper to absorb the water or liquid medicine overflowing around the cover glass, so as to avoid contacting the microscope lens and causing the lens to be corroded.
4. The glass slide used should not be too thick or too thin. The standard cover glass is 0.17 ± 0.02mm, and the glass slide is 1.1 ± 0.04mm
5. When using an oil lens, you must drop oil on the cover glass before using it. After using it, you should immediately wipe the oil on the lens and cover glass, so as to damage the lens and specimen
