The steps of microscopic observation of cells are taking and placing, light, observation and sorting.
1. lens removal and placement
Hold the mirror arm with your right hand and hold the mirror base with your left hand. Put the microscope on the test bench, slightly to the left, and install the eyepiece and objective lens.
2. Turn the converter to align the low-power objective lens with the light hole, and note that the front end of the objective lens should be kept 2 cm away from the stage. Adjust brightness: from dark to bright, you can use large aperture, concave mirror to adjust the angle of the reflector
3. observation
A. put the glass slide to be observed on the stage, press it with a tablet clamp, and the specimen should be facing the light hole.
B. align the low-power objective lens with the through-hole, adjust the lens barrel from top to bottom with the coarse focusing screw, and observe with the eyes on the side, so as to prevent the objective lens from contacting the glass slide and damaging the lens and crushing the glass slide.
C. the left eye observes the change of field of vision through the eyepiece, and adjusts the coarse focus screw at the same time, so that the lens barrel moves up slowly until the field of vision is clear
D. at the same time, rotate the coarse focusing screw in reverse to make the lens barrel rise slowly until the object image is clearly seen. Then turn the fine focusing screw slightly to make the object image clearer.
4. sorting
After use, please adjust the converter so that the empty lens hole faces the light hole, make the reflector stand up, adjust the lens barrel to the lowest, and then install it into the lens box.
