Take out and place the lens:
① hold the lens arm with the right hand, hold the lens base with the left hand; ② place the microscope on the experimental platform, slightly to the left, and install the eyepiece and objective lens.
Aim at the light:
① turn the converter to make the low power objective aim at the through-hole. Pay attention to keep a distance of 2 cm between the front end of the objective and the stage. ② aim a large aperture at the through-hole. The left eye looks into the eyepiece, and the right eye opens, so as to observe and draw pictures in the future. Turn the reflector to see a bright field of vision.
Place the slide specimen:
put the slide to be observed on the stage, press it with the slide clamp, and the specimen should face the through-hole.
Observation:
rotate the coarse collimation screw to make the lens tube slowly descend, and look at the objective lens to avoid the objective lens touching the slide specimen until the objective lens approaches the slide. At this time, the left eye looks into the eyepiece.
At the same time, rotate the coarse quasi focus reversely to make the lens tube rise slowly until the object image is found. If the object image is not clear, adjust the fine quasi focus screw to make the object image clearer.
