Biological slide specimen refers to the specimen made of micro organisms or micro slices cut from organisms. After certain treatment, it is sealed between the cover glass and the slide glass. It can observe the structure of various microorganisms under the microscope. It is a common teaching tool for biological experiment teaching.
1. It shall be used, cleaned and collected at any time. The used specimen shall be wiped clean with a little xylene dripping with clean gauze in time, and then inserted into the specimen box horizontally.

3. If the cover glass is damaged, replace it with a good one. For those sealed with gum, before replacement, remove the label stains on the glass slide, immerse them in xylene for several days, and after dissolution, the broken glass slide will fall off naturally, and then replace them with new xylene to clean the sundries on the specimen, and then drip the sealing agent again, and attach the coverslip
4. The specimen has faded and can be re stained. As described above, the samples will be gradually watered after fading with the corresponding fading agent, and treated with the alcohol at various levels with gradually reduced concentration. Then, the samples will be re stained with the previous production dyeing method, dehydrated and transparent, and finally sealed.
5. The dried specimens or used slides cannot be stacked one by one. They must be divided and placed in the slide specimen holder or slide box.
6. The slide specimen cannot be directly exposed to the sun to avoid fading. It should be stored in a dry and cool place.
