Maintenance of fluorescence microscope

Fluorescence microscope uses ultraviolet light as the light source to irradiate the tested object to emit fluorescence, and then observe the shape and location of the object under the microscope.


1. No matter in use or storage, the fluorescent microscope should avoid dust, humidity, supercooling, overheating and acid-base steam.

2. All lenses have been installed, calibrated and adjusted. Do not disassemble them by yourself. It is not allowed to disassemble the parts on the microscope at will, and it is strictly forbidden to disassemble the objective lens at will, so as not to damage the screw port of the converter, or after the screw port is loose, the low-power and high-power objective lens will be out of focus during conversion.

3. When using a high-power objective lens, do not use the coarse focusing handwheel to adjust the focal length, so as to avoid moving too far and damaging the objective lens and glass slide.

4. The fluorescent microscope will be covered with plastic cover immediately after use.

5. Keep the eyepiece and protective glass of the fluorescent microscope clean. All optical parts of the microscope can only be wiped with special lens wiping paper, and cannot be wiped with other objects indiscriminately, let alone touch the lens with your fingers, so as to prevent sweat from polluting the lens.

6. Cleaning of fluorescent microscope paint or plastic surface: it is recommended to use a soft cloth for scrubbing. When it is seriously dirty, it can be cleaned with a soft detergent.

7. The structure of the instrument is precise, and the microscope is maintained, maintained and debugged. Personnel without technical training and professional skills are not allowed to disassemble, debug, clean and refuel at will.
